This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Health and Fitness Data
We collect and process fitness-related data that may constitute "special category data" under GDPR Article 9. Important: This is fitness-level data for athletic training purposes, not medical-grade health data.
Types of fitness data we collect:
- Workout activities (type, duration, distance, pace)
- Training load and performance metrics
- Heart rate data from connected wearable devices
- Running performance data (cadence, pace progression)
- Fitness progress and training history
Legal Basis: We process this fitness data based on your explicit consent, which you provide when creating your account and connecting wearable devices. You can withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Purpose: This data is used solely for:
- Creating personalized training plans
- Tracking your fitness progress over time
- Providing performance analytics and insights
- Generating training recommendations
Your Control: You can view, export, or delete your fitness data at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove all fitness data from our systems within 30 days.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this type of information to increase our Service's functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Mobile Application
Our Service is available as both a website and mobile application. When you use our mobile application:
Local Storage: The app stores data locally on your device including:
- Authentication credentials to keep you logged in
- Your training plan and scheduled workouts
- Historical workout data for offline access
This data is stored only on your device and syncs with our servers when you have an internet connection. You can clear this local data by logging out or uninstalling the app.
Note: The mobile app does not directly collect sensor data from your device. Workout and fitness data is collected through the platform (see "Health and Fitness Data" section below).
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
Third-Party Services We Use:
- Analytics: Google Analytics for understanding how users interact with our Service
- Cloud Hosting: Google Cloud and MongoDB services hosted in European data centers for data storage and processing
- Wearable Integration: Garmin Connect API to sync your workout data from Garmin devices (requires your authorization)
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. When you connect third-party services like Garmin Connect, you are subject to their privacy policies as well.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Compliance with Laws
We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your personal data is stored and processed within the European Union using cloud infrastructure hosted in European data centers (Google Cloud and MongoDB services). We do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Union.
Our Service is subject to Belgian law. If you are located outside Belgium and choose to use our Service, your data will be processed in accordance with Belgian data protection regulations and GDPR.
For any complaints or disputes regarding data protection, the applicable jurisdiction is Belgian law, and you may submit complaints to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).

How long are your data being stored
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Account information: Duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion
- Fitness and workout data: Duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion
- Analytics data: 26 months (as per Google Analytics retention standards)
- Deleted account data: Up to 30 days in backup systems before permanent deletion

Data protection

Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). In jurisdictions where local laws require a higher age threshold for consent (such as 16 in certain EU countries), we comply with those local requirements.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the applicable age threshold. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.
